-Week 5: Recipes dinner grains – quinoa, brown rice and buckweat
-Week 6: Mind set: losing weight
-Week 7: Recipes tofu and soya
-Week 8: Recipes lunch veggies
-Week 9: Recipes quick meal
-Week 10: Recipes fish
-Week 11: Recipes dessert
-Week 12: Looking Forward (21 days) – supplements – omega3
-Final meeting: Friday, August 21st
